Refund policy

Customers must log a return request within 14 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

• The product must be unused
• The product must be uninstalled
• The product must be unopened and in its original packaging
• The product must be in the same condition it was delivered in

When submitting a return request, customers will be required to provide clear photos of the product and the packaging to verify the condition of the item.

Returns may be declined if the product:

• Has been installed
• Has been opened
• Shows signs of use
• Is not returned in its original packaging


DAMAGED ITEMS

If a product arrives damaged during delivery, the customer must log the return request within 3 days of receiving the order.

Customers must provide photos of the damaged product and the packaging when submitting the claim.

Failure to report delivery damage within the 3-day window may result in the claim being declined.


REFUND PROCESSING

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, Hygge Living will notify the customer whether the return has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be generated as a coupon code for the purchased price for a x amount discount on next item purchased.
